How do I stay fit while traveling!?
Hey Hey Heyyyyy!
Alright so look, I’m now 6 posts into this series and I’m struggling with myself wondering if I’m actually giving you guys what you want…
I’ve had good feedback, and I appreciate that so much, but I want to make sure I’m creating and sharing posts that you guys actually want to read and see. So instead of making a post for this week, I’m going to ask you guys to leave a comment with one thing or 50,000 things you want to see, know, or hear more about.
So far, I’ve been requested to make more workout videos (especially for upper body), as well as give some fasted cardio ideas. Laura and Bailey thank you sooooo much for requesting those! It means so much to me when I get comments on my posts, or anything for that matter haha. So forrealzies thank ya and I will absolutely be posting more about those topics and videos soon!
But yeah guys, that’s pretty much it…. I know this is weird and different and blah blah blah. But honestly, I just want to make sure I’m not putting out shit that you guys don’t even care about lol. I want this series to be a good time for all of us, and maybe even a little informative. Not just me talking about things I think people want to hear, when instead y’all are like “WTF Kels. No one cares about that!”
