How do I stay fit while traveling!?
Yeah, that’s a hard one sometimes… Luckily for you, I’ve begun to get a grasp on the whole idea.
The thing is, there isn’t just one secret formula for staying fit and healthy while traveling. It requires work and it requires patience. Just like everything else.
BUT! Girl, I’ve got some damn good news!
It’s actually easier than you think!
It is currently May 4, 2017 and I have been on the road full-time since December 4, 2016. So it has been exactly 5 months that I’ve been jumping from country to country nonstop. And believe me when I say it gets freaking hard to find time to workout! Traveling is exhausting guys. Forreal forreal… But, I have noticed that my body doesn’t require me to workout as much as it did when I was at home. So, that makes it a little bit easier for me to stay in shape. Thank God for dat!

You see, I’ve decided to break up this possibly ridiculously lengthy blog post, and create a series of posts. I’m not exactly sure how long I’m going to keep it going, but I know for a fact I can not put it all in one post and expect y’all to be stoked on reading it…
So consider this one an Intro to an indefinite series all about staying fit and healthy while traveling. I’m going to be letting you in on all my cheeky secrets, while also providing various types of workouts and tips. Some posts are going to be more lengthy than others, and some will have videos included too.
I’m pretty stoked about this new series and I seriously hope y’all are too! Otherwise, GTFO…
